Contact Us

In short

Write to us at contact@malehealthguide.com. We read everything and reply to most things within a few days. We cannot give personal medical advice — for anything about your own body, please speak to a doctor or pharmacist.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If we got a fact wrong, tell us which article and which claim. If you have a source, include it — those get handled fastest.
  • Broken links, missing pages or display problems. Tell us the page and the device you were using.
  • Topic suggestions. If you searched for something and could not find a decent answer anywhere, that is exactly what we want to know.
  • Press and media enquiries.
  • Questions about how we make money. Anything not already answered in our disclosure.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you what is wrong with you, whether a supplement is safe for you personally, or whether you should stop a medication. We are not doctors and we do not know your history, your prescriptions or your test results.

This is not a formality. Someone who has your medication list can answer an interaction question in about two minutes, and in most places a pharmacist will do it free and without an appointment. That is genuinely a better answer than anything we could send you by email.

If it is urgent, do not email anyone

Being unable to urinate at all is a medical emergency. So are chest pain, fainting, confusion, and severe difficulty breathing. Seek immediate care rather than writing to a website.

Product companies and sellers

We are happy to hear from you, and we correct factual errors about your product promptly if you can evidence them.

Two things to know before you write:

  • We do not accept payment for coverage — not for a review, not for a favorable review, and not for inclusion in a comparison.
  • We do not remove accurate criticism. If our assessment says your label hides doses behind a proprietary blend, publishing the doses will change the assessment. Requesting removal will not.

Our full standards, including how product assessments work, are in the editorial policy.

Writing to our contributor

Some articles here are written in the first person by a contributor using a declared pen name, explained on our about page. Messages for him can be sent to the same address and we will pass them on. We do not share his identity, and we will not confirm or deny guesses about it.

Privacy

When you email us we see your address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and nothing else — we do not add you to a mailing list or pass it to anyone. Details are in our privacy policy.

One request: please do not send us medical records, test results or detailed personal health information. We are not equipped to hold it and we do not need it to answer any question we are able to answer.

Medical disclaimer: Male Health Guide publishes general information, not medical advice. We cannot provide personal medical guidance by email. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats or cures any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your own health.
